Profile: Chintak Dalal, Chairman of BICSI India Leadership Committee, is an engineering graduate from Mumbai University with a diploma in management and over three decades of leadership experience in the ICT, structured cabling, fiber, and digital infrastructure industry. He is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Net Gen Innovations Private Limited (Genios Networks), where he is responsible for driving business growth. Previously, he served as Vice President at Secure Connection Private Limited, leading the Honeywell business under a license agreement, and earlier headed the FTTH business at Sigma-Byte Computers Private Limited. During his career, he has held leadership positions, making significant contributions to business growth, channel development, and technology adoption. Chintak has been actively associated with BICSI India since the inception of the India chapter.
