BICSI India Excellence Awards 2025 - Terms and Conditions


  • All the submitted works must have been implemented within last 12 months (January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024).
  • All mandatory fields of the application form need to be complete in all respects; else it may be disqualified from participation.
  • By participating in the Awards, Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms and any amendment thereto.
  • Entries in all categories are open to Information and Communication Technologies industry in India.
  • We presume that all entries sent to us are based on original work. The submission of entry guarantees that the entry is original. If an entry is found to be plagiarized, it will be disqualified.
  • All entries must be submitted in English, using the online entry submissions system, and comply with the entry criteria available here. The entrant, or the entrant’s employer, must have worked on the project or team, where applicable, that is featured in their entry submission.
  • Entries will not be accepted for judging unless you have entered via the online entry submissions system, all the requested criteria information has been supplied, the correct entry template has been uploaded and, where requested, a supporting testimonial or reference has been provided.
  • Entries who have exceeded the specified word counts will be notified and disqualified.
  • Entrants in the individual categories will be held accountable to equivalent standards for professional reputation on an individual basis.
  • The BICSI India Excellence Awards accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
  • The BICSI India Excellence Awards reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or cancel the Awards and to amend these Terms of Entry without prior notice.
  • The Awards are judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges reserve the right to re-classify or reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Terms of Entry or the entry criteria. No feedback will be given on individual entries. In all matters, the decision of the judges shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained.
  • An entry will be deemed accepted only when the entry fee as prescribed has been received by the Awards organizer through online payment. No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.
  • The decision of awards management in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the participants.
  • The participating organization should have its registered office in India and must have at least 2 complete years of office and business operations in India.
  • Only completed successful projects/initiatives that have shown significant impact would be considered for the awards.
  • An organization cannot participate on behalf of its sister units, parent organization or other organizations under the parent organization.
  • The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Awards Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
